TWRP custom recovery is finally available for the Poco X6 5G android phone. This new TWRP adds support for Android 13 and 14 including PIN and password. It supports both stock and custom ROMs.
How to install Poco X6 5G TWRP custom recovery?
- Download the OrangeFox zip file to Poco X6 5G.
- Reboot to Poco X6 5G’s Custom Recovery.
- Flash the OrangeFox zip file as a normal zip. Do not wipe.
- Poco X6 5G will automatically reboot into OrangeFox recovery after installation.
Keep in mind that you would not be able to use fastboot boot. It will definitely brick your Poco X6 5G. Make full backup of data and internal storage before you flash TWRP.

1. Wipe cache & dalvik
2. Format data
3. Flash ROM (after first ticking “Reflash OrangeFox after flashing a ROM“)
4. Reboot to OrangeFox
5. Format data again
6. Reboot to system
Vanilla ROMs

2. Format data
3. Flash ROM (after first ticking “Reflash OrangeFox after flashing a ROM“)
4. Reboot to OrangeFox
5. Flash GAPPs
6. Reboot to OrangeFox again
7. Format data again
