Elephone P9000, P9000 Edge, P9000 Lite Review
Elephone P9000 has a 5.5 inch display with mere 1.6mm side edges that helps in keeping the dimensions compact. It measures 148.8×73.8×8.5mm and fits comfortably in the palm of your hand despite packing such enormous display.
The display is made made by LG and has accuracy of 90% of the NTSC range. It packs full HD resolution which is 1920 x 1080 pixels that makes it suitable for multimedia playback. On the back, there is a 13 megapixel autofocus laser camera and on the front, there is a 8MP camera for taking crystal clear selfies.
With the Elephone P9000, you also get fingerprint sensor, NFC, dual band wireless LAN and Bluetooth 4.0 radios. Powered by Helio P10 Mediatek MT6755 octa-core 2.0GHz ARM processor, you get the powerful Mali-T860 GPU with 4GB RAM + 32GB storage (expandable via microSD up to 256GB). All this is powered by 3000mAh battery that supports quick charge technology and wireless charging as well. MediaTek Helio X20 benchmark can be read here.
Elephone P9000 lite is similar but lacks fingerprint reader, quick charge tech and wireless charging. You get 5MP front facing camera which is down from 8MP on the regular one. Other than that, it packs same specs as the regular P9000.
P9000 Edge is same as P9000 but packs 21MP rear camera and has fingerprint sensor on the side instead of back. P9000 Edge is same otherwise including the same Mediatek processor.
Reviewer says that Elephone has changed the names of the phones.
