Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge are the two new premium smartphones from Korean company packing new Exynos octa-core 64bit processor, up to 128GB of internal storage and Android 5.0 Lollipop. The phones will be made available in Italy on April 10 2015 but at the moment we do not know the price.
The Galaxy S6 has a timeless design and is built by molding glass. It has thickness of only 6.8 mm and weighs just 138 grams. The Galaxy S6 Edge is 7 mm thick and weighs just 132 grams.
Unlike Galaxy S5, the battery is not user replaceable. Samsung says they wanted to make a built-in battery that recharges more quickly than in the previous models. The recharge rate is 1.5 times higher than previous models and provides up to 2 hours of HD video playback after only 10 minutes of charging.
Both Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge are also compatible with any wireless charger available on the market that supports the standard WPC (Qi) and PMA (Rezence) technology. Both phones will be available in Italy from April 10 in 32 and 64 GB variants.
